These simple terms are here to keep things clear and fair — for you, for us, and for the heart of our brand.
1. Made to Order
Every WASBY® Shop item — from our unisex tees to our luxe hoodies and accessories — is created especially for you after you place an order. Because of this, we don’t hold stock and cannot offer returns or exchanges unless an item is defective (see our Returns Policy for details).
2. Processing & Delivery
Processing time: usually 2–5 business days.
Delivery times: vary by region (see our Shipping Policy).
You’ll always receive a tracking link once your order leaves us.
3. Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has already begun and we cannot stop it.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Secure payments are handled by trusted providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout.
5. Our Promise
We aim to deliver every order with excellence and care. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason and in line with our policies.
