WASBY® Returns & Refunds Policy


At WASBY®, each piece is made to order with intention and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported throughout your experience with us.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
This policy applies worldwide.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from damage caused after delivery


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives with a confirmed defect, production error, or damage, WASBY® will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement at no additional charge.



Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Once verified, we will provide instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

As all WASBY® products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Please refer carefully to size guides before purchasing.



Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
